We understand that you may be concerned about your employer knowing how you feel.  Nothing that you tell us here will ever be revealed to your company or anyone else without your express written permission.

Remember that you and your co-workers have the RIGHT under the law to organize and to join a Union and those laws also provide protection for you from any attempt by your employer to deny you that right.

You may tell us as much or as littel about your situation as you wish but we at least have to have a way to contact you.  You will be contacted at your home by a Business Representative who will ask you for additional information.

If it appears likely that you and your fellow employees would be successful in winning Union  recognition then you will be asked to actually begin an "in-shop" organizing effort.  Up until that point, you are only making a confidential inquiry.
